What is your service area?

We service all of Metro Atlanta and North Georgia and will be on location within one hour of receiving your call.

What services do you offer?

We offer a variety of services including water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold testing, mold remediation, contents removal, contents restoration, lead testing & removal, and asbestos testing & abatement.

Are you licensed and insured?(how much liability insurance?)

We are licensed and registered with the state of Georgia and have a $3,000,000 insurance policy and workers comp to cover our employees

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes! All quotes are completely free, no commitment.

Do you work with insurance?

Yes! We work with all insurance providers and take over the proper documentation, photo reports, dry logs, estimates, and negotiations with your insurance company to gain approval. We promise to make this a stress-free and easy experience for our clients.

How long does it take to get an estimate?

It will take 24-48 hours to receive an estimate after we conduct inspection and get full scope of the work to be done.

How soon can you start my project?

We can start your project after we have approval from your insurance and a deposit is placed the day we arrive to begin restoration.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from any insurance providers as well as Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit Card, Google Pay, PayPal, Square, Cash App, Venmo, & Zelle.

Do you have licenses and certifications?

We are licensed to work on residential homes and commercial projects and are IICRC certified as water damage restoration, mold remediation, and applied structural drying experts. We are also certified to handle projects associated with Lead and Asbestos testing and remediation.

Do you offer a warranty? Are there any exclusions to the warranty?

We offer a 1 year workmanship warranty on all restoration projects.

Do you offer financing?

Financing is available depending on the project. Ask to speak to your project manager for more details.

Do you have experience with our local permitting process?

We can pull permits very quickly in all counties and have a unique, expedited permit process for all of our clients.
